ABOUT ME

Marina comes from an artistic background, studying acting, dance and painting from a young age. While traveling in Asia she feel in love with Buddhist philosophy and has since continued this exploration on her own. Eventually this led her to yoga, embracing both spiritual and physical aspects.

For the past 10 years Marina has studied and practiced various styles of yoga, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Restorative and Prenatal yoga.

Marina is a 500HR certified instructor. Her teaching style is influenced by both the invigorating flow and heat of Ashtanga and the precise alignment of Iyengar.

Marina intends to bring vitality, health, deep relaxation and peace to the body and the mind. Her sequencing is both progressive and challenging, while remaining intelligent and anatomically safe.

In addition to teaching yoga, She is also a certified holistic nutrition and health counselor helping her clients bringing balance and wellness into their lives through healthier nutrition and lifestyle choices.
